IMPORTANCE OF PATCH TESTING
All clients must have a patch test before having a colour service at BIGSY hair at least 48hrs before your appointment. If you are new to BIGSY Hair or haven’t had your hair coloured at BIGSY hair within the last 3 months.

Bookings and Appointments
Appointment bookings can be made by telephone, what’s app & email.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment. We respectfully request at least 24hrs notice. Cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge & deposit to be paid for your next visit.
Please expect a deposit will be requested for appointments over 2-3 hrs.

Hair has always been a passion of mine. From the early ages of a little girl, playing with my Barbies and cutting their hair.
I’ve thrived to work in my craft for over 18 years in the industry.
I absolutely love to transform my clients hair. I work incredibly hard to make sure that my clients are always getting the best from me.

Patch Testing
The importance of patch testing skin care products. Patch testing describes a procedure to help identify what ingredients might irritate a person’s skin. Many skin care products contain chemicals that can cause an allergic reaction when a person applies them to their skin.
